I work with senior leaders, founders and experienced professionals who want greater clarity, better decisions and to make meaningful change.
My coaching combines more than 30 years of commercial leadership experience with a deep understanding of how people develop, adapt, and thrive through challenge and transition.
About Rachael
A commercially experienced coach.
I have spent much of my career leading people, delivering results and operating within complex organisations myself. I have experience of being a volunteer, founder, director, CEO and Chair.
Over the last 30 years I have worked internationally in talent management, leadership development and commercial leadership roles across entrepreneurial businesses, family-owned companies, charities, public bodies, partnerships, and multinational organisations.
I have held director-level positions with responsibility for business performance, commercial outcomes and led multidisciplinary teams at organisations including Harvey Nash Group PLC, Ashridge Business School, and the Center for Creative Leadership.
This experience allows me to understand the realities of organisational life, leadership responsibility and the pressures that often accompany senior roles. It’s tough out there.
Today, I combine this business experience with my work as an executive coach, mentor, advisor, and company director.
I am accredited by EMCC and hold an MA in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University. My practice is grounded in professional ethics, continual learning, and a genuine belief in people's capacity to change and thrive.
