Typical assignments include, transitioning from expert leader to strategist, developing systemic awareness, facilitating inclusive communication to challenge group think, leading in complexity, navigating inter-team dynamics (including the executive and the board), and achieving strategic and cultural objectives through leadership behaviours.

I will arrange an initial best fit meeting to ensure that my style and approach are aligned with your needs and expectations, this is free of charge.  If I am not the right coach for you, I can happily recommend other coaches within my network.

My coaching can be delivered virtually, face to face, (at your office, or my office in Clapham), or in a blend.
