Coaching
The Art of Dialogue
The most important conversations are often the ones we never quite find the time or space to have.
Coaching provides an opportunity to pause, think differently and explore what is really happening beneath the surface of a challenge or opportunity.
I bring a combination of commercial experience, leadership expertise and coaching practice gained
from working with people in organisations ranging from entrepreneurial start-ups to global corporations.
Alongside this, my voluntary work with organisations including Macmillan Cancer Support, Coaching Through COVID and the School of Hard Knocks has reinforced the importance of listening carefully to each person's unique circumstances.
Our coaching partnership will be shaped around your needs; some of my clients want challenge and accountability while others need an exploratory space to think. Most benefit from a combination of both.
Together we will identify what is most useful for you and adapt our work as your situation evolves, rarely where we start is where we finish!
We will keep clarity, choices, and meaningful change at the heart of our work together.

Ways to Work Together
There is no single right way to coach, different people think, reflect, and learn in different ways. For example, you may have neurodiverse traits so we need to adapt our style to suit your specific needs, or you may want to really challenge your ideas and ‘kick the tyres’ because you can’t do this with your colleagues, e.g. as a CEO.
You can choose the approach that suits you best, and a mix of the following sessions:
Online: Confidential virtual coaching sessions wherever you are based.
Telephone: Ideal for those who prefer to think without the distractions of a screen.
In Person: Sessions are available by appointment at my office in Battersea, London, or at your workplace where private meeting rooms are available.
Walk and Talk: Some clients find that walking side-by-side helps conversations flow more naturally. Sessions can take place on Clapham Common or Wandsworth Common, weather permitting.
