Choosing a coach is an important decision.

I offer a complimentary introductory conversation to give you the opportunity to explain what is happening, ask me questions and decide whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no obligation to proceed and if I am not the right person for you, I can recommend other coaches for you to try.​​

For self-funding private clients, coaching is £250 per hour plus VAT.

Most clients begin with six sessions, typically lasting between one and two hours as this provides enough time to build momentum, explore options and create meaningful progress with a few experiments or homework in between.

I also offer intensive one-day coaching programmes if you are facing significant decisions, transitions, or challenges. We’ll design the day together to fit your objectives.
